Retirement Plan
E&I maintains a 401(k) retirement plan and currently matches employee's deferral. Staff may participate in the plan immediately upon full time employment and attainment of age 21.
Medical and Dental Plans
E&I offers a high deductible health savings plan along with a Health Savings Account of which the firm contributes. The firm also offers dental insurance paid for by the employee.
Life Insurance
After one month of employment, E&I provides staff with group life insurance policy.
Cafeteria Plan
A qualified accident, health and childcare expense reimbursement plan is available to eligible employees. This plan allows you to contribute toward medical and disability premiums plus medical and dependent care costs on a pretax basis.
Worker's Compensation
All staff are covered under Worker's compensation insurance policy at Firm's expense for job-connected accidents.
Profit Sharing Plan
All full time employees become eligible in the firm's profit sharing plan upon reaching 21 years of age and have completed one year of service.
Flex Time
Staff members and administrative personnel are entitled to take advantage of a flexible work schedule from June 1st to September 1st.
Compensation Time
Additional compensated time may be awarded for performance, teamwork, and hours worked during the months of January through May. The awards will be reviewed in June of each year.
Holidays
Our staff is entitled to paid holidays every year as well as a firm holiday on April 16th.
Illnesses, etc.
To provide cushion of time against days lost due to illness, immediate family deaths, and other time as approved by the personnel partner, employees will accrue up to six days per year.
Vacations
Full-time staff earn up to two weeks of paid vacation each year. After five years with the firm, staff is eligible for three weeks paid vacation.
Travel
At E&I, minimal to no travel is required by the staff. If you do have to travel, all related expenses will be reimbursed.
Opportunities for Professional Growth
E&I provides reimbursement for all professional society fees and pays for all continuing education courses.
CPA Exam
E&I offers paid time off to sit for the CPA exam and will reimburse candidates for exam fees after successfully passing of all four parts. Additionally the firm will pay bonuses and increase salary for candidates who pass all parts.
