Dave specializes in taxation and consulting services for individuals and businesses. He has experience in various disciplines of taxation and professional practice management including business valuations, expert testimony, tax representation and mergers and acquisitions of closely-held businesses.

Dave is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society.  He serves on the National Individual Income Taxation Committee, the National Financial Planning Division and Tax Division and is the Chairman of the Domestic Relations Sub-committee with the AICPA.  Dave is the IRS District Director / Indiana Tax Commissioner Liaison and is on the Federal / State Electronic Tax Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Accounting Alumni Advisory Board of Ball State University and on the Planned Giving Committee of the Indianapolis Zoological Society.  Dave is a frequent speaker on financial tax and legislative topics at a variety of conventions, seminars, and workshops as well as author of various articles for professional journals and in-house publications.
